Nasha Kanai

NASHA KANAI is a Program Director, Incentives and Infrastructure at Universal Health Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation’s largest providers of hospital and healthcare services, where she manages the organizational bonus and equity program. Prior to UHS, Inc., Nasha was a member of the Total Rewards Team as a Sales Remuneration Governance, Project Manager and a Compensation Consultant at The Vanguard Group, Inc., supporting the Institutional Investor Group, Sales, Finance and Legal divisions. In addition to providing compensation consulting expertise to the divisions, she was also responsible for developing the enterprise-wide sales remuneration governance framework for Vanguard. Nasha has spent the majority of her career in the area of Human Resources consulting, specifically in broad-based and expatriate compensation, for a number of leading consulting firms in Philadelphia, New York City, and Singapore, including AON-Hewitt and Willis Towers Watson. In her role as a consultant, she has been the project lead for numerous national and global compensation design projects, including developing market competitive salary structures and short- and long-term incentives. Nasha received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Hawaii.
